We accept returns only for items that are unused, unworn, in good condition, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may return the item within 14 days of purchase in accordance with our Return Policy.

Shipping Cost
Enjoy free standard shipping within Canada and USA for purchases when signed in / sign up in to your VNC account.

International Shipping (rest of the world): $15 CAD flat fee. Receive free international shipping for order over $100 CAD, tax excluding, when signed in to your VNC account.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. box addresses.
For orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Taxes, customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

What Personal Information Does VNC Collect and How?
- Contact Data, to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your first and last name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, and phone number when you purchase products from me.

- Marketing Data, such as your preferences for receiving communications about my products, promotions and newsletters and similar messages.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
